What type of cleats should a pitcher wear for baseball? Low, Mid? Hard Toe, Soft?
I like the new mizuno 9 spike, but i do not know if those will support my feet enough as a pitcher.
Low hight lets you move your ankle around. some pitcher's motions consist of a large ankle movement on the mound-foot. if you don't move your ankle, get high because the slightest difference in your motion can completely ruin your aim and power. If you are a finesse pitcher, get soft toe. that would allow more movement and therefore more finesse. if you are a fastball-curve pitcher, get hard toe to give you more push force off the mound.
