Is it stupid looking to wear a shortish skirt in cold weather? even with a big jacket?

Btw, I am tall and pretty thin...

Yeah, the weather not like snowing or anything , it's about 40's/50's
that would look very cute. just wear some warm tights and long boots. trust me, it`ll look cute! try to wear something warm under that sweater. maybe some warm gloves. watever u think looks cute and is warm but it also depends how cold it is cuz later in the day it might get warmer or sumthing. good luck!
